How to transfer data phone memory to memory card on Nokia mobile

first of all select the option "menu" then device "option applicatiom" and select the option "galary"
chose the file which contain data which you need to treasfer and then "mark"the data and 
select the option name,it will show "select target folder "and the open your memory card and
open the device folder you want to send the data, and select the move to, hence data is moved.
